Tom McNeill was born in North Carolina and currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with his daughter and her adoring mother. Tom was raised in the south, played a lot of football and wrestled all the way through 6-12th grade in school.
In Tom's senior year his shoulder busted up and thus his draft status went from 1-A to 4-F and this kept him out of the Vietnam war. Due to some unexpected circumstances Tom was able to travel through-out the world and get in plenty of high sea adventure.
In his late 20's he settled down into the field of construction and went from building homes to building swimming pools. The pools were hand sculptured concrete structures that appeared to be real rock formations found in nature.
When the economy when south in California back in the 90's Tom McNeill came to Oregon to visit a friend. He decided to stay in Oregon. That is where he found the time and passion to express his affinity for wildlife/nature through his art.
